TIPS &TRICKS

Buying Bingo Cards

Don’t forget to click on the Bingo card(s) that you wish to purchase, then click BUY at the left of the bingo game interface. Once you have purchased your card(s), it will change color and display PURCHASED at the bottom of the card.

Pre–buying Bingo Cards

To buy cards beforehand you need to log into your account first. Select the game room you want and click on the link below it that says “Pre–Order Cards.” Now select the date and time and click on “Submit.” Once the games display, enter the amount of cards you want to buy per game. Make sure to scroll down and click on the “Submit” button to confirm this action.

Once you’ve pre–ordered your cards, they will be automatically purchased for you just before the game begins. The MONEY for these cards will not be removed from your account until this transaction takes place. If your account does not have the necessary funds required at the time the game is played or if the game you have pre–ordered cards for is rescheduled, you will not be entered into that game and you will not be charged. If you are not online when the game you have pre–ordered cards for is played, your cards will be automatically selected and played for you. If one of your cards is a winner, your account will be credited for the win automatically.

Download Time

Please note that once a game pop-up window has launched, it may take up to 1 minute for the game to begin loading on a 56k modem. Until then, the window will appear blank. Keep in mind that once you have loaded a game once, the download time for subsequent games is reduced significantly.

Flash Games

In FLASH, you can adjust the size of the screen to fit your computer. FLASH also has many exciting graphics features. You can also change the size of your actual bingo cards by hitting the magnifying glass buttons on the screen. This is very useful for players who are playing more than 6 bingo cards at one time.

Dauber

When the FLASH games begin an actual dauber will show up that you can use to daub your games. Simply click on the dauber to pick it up and click on it again to anchor it on the board (this can be done anywhere except on one of the actual bingo cards). The dauber on the FLASH games allows players to use the Auto-Daub feature. You also have the additional feature of choosing shapes for your dauber. You can daub a happy face, a heart and several other patterns.

1. Introduction to the Rules

Our game rules and operating policies (hereinafter the “participating rules”) govern your use of any information taken or used from our website, including your registration and participation in any of our bingo games (hereinafter the “game”). Please make certain that you read the participating rules carefully. Each time you use funds from your player account to play a game or you enter our website, you are confirming your full understanding and acceptance of the participating rules. In the event that you have any questions about the participating rules, please contact us for clarification. Should you not be willing to accept the terms of this agreement, you should not play the game.

Licensing

Note: In the event of a malfunction of the gaming system all game bets are null and void. Payouts will be returned to the house and game bets will be refunded.

Definitions and Terminology Used in Our Game

A Player is a person who registers to play at our site by filling out our registration form with the required information.

A Purchase occurs after a player enters our website and purchases Bingo card(s) from funds that have been deposited in a players account by the player. When a player elects to deposit funds into their player account by one of our e-commerce systems, the purchase must be validated by our site and its credit card agents. In the event that the purchase is subject to a charge-back or is otherwise incomplete the purchase becomes void.

A game purchase is considered valid if the player’s deposit of cash funds transaction is complete. We cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made.

All purchases are made in United States currency.

A Card represents a set of a randomly collected numbers between 1 and 75 (inclusive) organized in 5 column, 5 row configurations. Until a card is in play, players have the option to change the collection of numbers by selecting a new card. Once a player accepts the collection of numbers for any game, the card becomes valid and in play.

A Game Variation is a specified pattern that must be matched on a player’s card in order to win a game and receive a prize.

A Call is a broadcast message from our game server, received by your computer containing a randomly generated number between 1 and 75.

A Bingo Call is a broadcast message from a player’s computer, received by the game server identifying that player as a holder of a game variation. In Play will be the term used to describe any game that has been initialized by our game server and is receiving calls and communicating with the game server.

A Prize is a cash allotment that is payable to a player (or players if there is more than one winner) who identifies to our site, through a Bingo call, a match to the game variation of a player card. Prizes are automatically deposited into a players account.

The Parties: Our Bingo site and the Player. A User ID is username that is assigned to the player at the time of registration, such used by the parties to uniquely identify a player.

A Player Account is the account in which the players use to deposit funds, use to buy into games, deposit winnings into and request payouts from. Once a card is in play, the game credit cannot be returned to the player.

4.Participation Rules

To participate in a game a player must be 18 years of age or older, must read and consent to all of the participating rules and must have authorization to use a valid credit card acceptable to us.

Only one account is valid per player. A maximum of two accounts are valid per household. Additional accounts may be disabled and any payouts requested from duplicate accounts will be considered void. Users found to have registered with an abbreviated or false name or mailing address are subject to having their account disabled.

Participation will require that players register by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a player must login with their User ID (provided by our site) and the player password.

Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. We have exclusive authority to modify the game schedule without prior notice. Any player who wins a prize may be transmitted a reference number that will identify a specific win. The player is responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the game variation as it is recorded in our database, and that recorded by the player, the calls recorded in the game server shall be considered valid.

A purchase will be void if for any reason we do not receive payment or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. We reserve the right to limit any player’s participation in a game, particularly in the event that a purchase is rendered void. Prizes will be deposited into the players account. The balance of a winners account will be mailed upon a request by the player, to the mailing address provided at registration. The minimum payout request is $25.

Returns/Refund Policy. Users always have access to their funds. At anytime they can request a “payout” for the bank balance they have in their account. This can be done from the players area (post account login). Bonus funds are not subject to this rule. Minimum “payout” requirement is $25. If a user cancels the account, all cash funds (except for bonus money) will be returned. User cannot request a “payout” from compensation/bonus funds. Only winnings or deposited funds can be returned to players.

Employees and relatives of employees of our Bingo site are prohibited from participating in a Game, unless otherwise authorized by management.

Requesting payouts from their account balance derived from deposits and not wins will be deemed a cash advance from our site and a misuse of our online purchasing system. In such cases, we may levy a surcharge to offset transaction and administrative costs. In ALL cases, we reserve the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.

5.Cost of Playing Bingo

Bingo cards can range in price from $0.25 US to $1.00 US. This range may vary for special promotions. Players can buy up to 100 cards in selected games.

6.Claiming Prizes

Prizes shall be automatically deposited to our player account cash balance. Players can purchase games from their winnings or request a payout be mailed the address given at the time of registration. Players who wish to claim their prize money must request a “payout”. This can be done by visiting the player’s area and selecting the payout request link. However, please make sure that the mailing information is correct when you register in order to avoid mailing delays.

Bonus Rules

From time to time OnlineBingo will offer promotional bonuses. Thesebonuses will fall under the category of Non Deposit Bonus (ND) or DepositRequired Bonus (DR). Each bonus type has specific guidelines and rules thatmust be adhered to before bonuses will be released to real cash andsubsequently available for withdrawal. At the time of each promotion, a setof rules will be accessible on the promotions page at OnlineBingo. If saidrules are not available then standard default rules apply (see below):

1. Non Deposit Bonus (ND):

These promotions are given without therequirement of a deposit up front. These bonuses are limited on amounts thatcan be won. All ND bonuses are subject to a maximum win payout of 5 times thebonus amount. Example: $25 ND bonus given, the max win amount achievable is$125. A $25 deposit is required before any ND can be withdrawn. The $25deposit must follow the stated in sections or 4 depending on the gamesplayed. A onetime rollover on the deposit must be completed prior towithdrawal.

Once withdrawal request has been completed, the remaining balance will beremoved from the account and reset to zero.

2. Deposit Required Bonus (DR):

From time to time we will offer promotionson and not limited to: Website, email, SMS or any other media outlet. Thesepromotions will have a specific set of rollovers that must be completedbefore any bonus funds can be removed from the casino. Rollovers will bespecified by promotion. If not specified in the promotion then the standardrules will apply.

3. Standard Bingo Rollover Rules:

  • A. To receive your deposit bonus  andfor payout purposes you must wager your deposit 5 times. The bonuses will beautomatically credited to your account as “unqualified bonus.” When youfulfill the wagering requirement or when you spend 95% of the deposit amount,the bonus will qualify so you will be able to play it.
  • B. In order to request a payout, you must be an active customer (have madeat least one deposit lifetime). The players who have not deposited within thelast 5 days must wager 75 times the total of free bonuses received beforerequesting a withdrawal of winnings obtained on free bonus money.

Note: The Bingo Rollover Rules apply only for bingo, any wagers made oncasino games will change the rules to the Standard Casino Rollover Rules (seepoint number 4).

Exempt Games:
Bonuses cannot be played on Roulette, Craps and Baccarat. Any games playedon these will not count toward rollover requirements and any winnings aresubject to forfeiture.

5. Any withdrawal request made prior to having met wagering requirementswill:

  • A. Result in an automatic loss of any remaining unqualified or qualifiedbonus in the account
  • B. Withdrawal requests for winnings resulting from bonus money wagersbefore meeting these requirements will be declined.

6. At the discretion of OnlineBingo:

Accounts that have repeat depositsand corresponding withdrawal requests placed, with the intent to abuse thebonus program, will have the bonus money plus the OnlineBingo costs deductedfrom any pending payouts, and the bonus function disabled for their account.Repeat offenders will be deactivated.

7. Unless otherwise noted, the maximum bonus is capped at $500 perday.

8. Converting Bonus to Bank Balance

  • The total bonus balance is the amount of bonus available to exchange. Thetool will not allow you to submit an amount that is higher than youravailable balance. The minimum bonus exchange is $1.00.
  • The conversion rate is specified before the exchange. A rate of 20% willconvert $100.00 bonus to $20.00. The ratio is subject to change at any time.
  • Exchanges are irreversible. We cannot undo this process and will not makeany exceptions if a player has transferred an incorrect amount.
  • All cash balances resulting from bonus exchanges have a play throughrequirement of 20 times the initial cash value before a withdrawal ofwinnings will be considered. Withdrawals resulting from a bonus exchange arecapped at $100.
  • Exchanges are limited to seven (7) per day.
  • Players who request a withdrawal of the exchanged Bonus funds will havethe withdrawal declined and forfeit the exchanged balance.
  • No Bonus funds are exchangeable when a player has a pending withdrawalrequest or more than $5.00 in cash.

Free Money Rules

Periodically we have promotions that award bonus money without requiring a deposit (e.g. credit card authorization free money bonus, scratch card money, support bonuses, etc.). Following are the rules for such promotions. These rules apply unless otherwise specified in the associated promotion.

1. Free money cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.

2. Bonus money can only be used to play bingo games.

3. Only depositing players are allowed to withdraw winnings based on free money.

4. The winnings from the free money can be withdrawn after it has been wagered through a minimum of ten times and rule 5 is met.

5. Any withdrawals will first be reduced by the amount of the bonus. The remaining amount must exceed $50.

6. The maximum withdrawal resulting from Free Money wagering is $100. Balances in excess of this amount are considered null and void and will be removed from the account when the request is processed.

7. Winnings from the bonus money can NOT be transferred to another player.

Chat Rules

1.No offensive or abusive language.

2. No complaining. Issue complaints to customer service via the Help Desk.

3. No exchanging account information.

4. No mentioning or discussing any other online bingo site.

5. No asking or hinting for a loan to any player in chat.

Any chat activity that violates these rules will result in the chat priviledges being revoked


Chat Room Bonuses

While you’re playing bingo, join our CM’s in the Quarter chat room. Chat with players from around the world and play some fun chat games. (Chat games played when five or more players participate.)

Only active bingo players without a pending withdrawal will be eligible to receive chat room prizes. Winners accounts will typically be credited by Noon the following day. Accumulated chat prizes can not exceed 100% of the previous deposit. Once this limit is reached, another deposit is required to be eligible to win chat games. Chat promotions are valid for active players who acknowledge the CM when he or she wins, failure to do so voids the BONUS. Players must be in chat before the game begins in order to qualify. The CM on duty has the final authority on who qualifies and who doesn’t.

Active Player Definition

Active Players have deposited within the last 5 days (not sustaining play on free money) and use the associated funds to purchase bingo cards or wager in slots or video poker. Players who win chat room games or bonus promotions and have not deposited or were not playing at least 1 bingo card in the $1 room, 4 bingo cards in 25¢ room or 10 bingo cards in the 10¢ room, during the associated bingo game when the prize was won will not receive the associated bonus. Players who receive chat room bonus erroneously will not be eligible to receive payouts based on the associated winnings.

 

Promotions Rules

  1. Members with pending payout requests are not eligible to participate in our contests or promos of the week.
  2. Members who made a redemption flowback or had a payout approved should make a new deposit to be eligible for our promos and special contests again.
  3. If you have not made a deposit at least 5 days previous winning one of the prizes advertised in our promos, we will not be able to grant your account with the respective prize(s) for it.

 

Fund Account Options

Online Credit Card Processing

Fund your account instantly using your Visa or Mastercard. This option is fully automatic – deposit and your account will be updated immediately. Many banks that issue credit cards do not allow charges to gaming sites. If your attempt to use your credit card is not successful, we recommend that you try one of our other options.

Withdrawal (Payout) Options

Withdrawal requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST Sunday in order to be processed on Monday. Withdrawal requests received after the deadline will be processed the following week. Payout costs are deducted from the redemption amount requested by the customer at the time of processing. Please keep in mind; payment providers are closed during the weekends and USA National. The minimum withdrawal is $60. To request a withdrawal, log into your account and select the “Cashier” option. Following is a brief description of the various options available.

All accounts must have a correct valid contact phone number listed in their account information. Use of an invalid phone number is grounds for forfeiture of any and all winnings. Contact information can be corrected via the ‘Profile’ option after login.

If you have made Credit Card deposits, please note that due to the new Visa and MasterCard rules we will no longer be able to issue credit backs to credit card accounts. This new Visa and MasterCard rule applies to all online Casino’s and Bingo sites. This being the case all customers must send a Credit Card Authorization Form along with a copy of a valid picture ID and a copy of the credit card used to fund their account before we can process any redemption requests. A request will be sent by accounting department to the email address registered to your account.
