If cards are purchased in different transactions, the free cards will not be awarded by the system, and cannot be manually credited by Customer Support.
- The Loyalty Lottery will be take place from Monday through Friday and will consider the deposits made the prior day. The tickets from deposits made on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be raffled on Monday.
- The 250 players every week for the Surprise Bonus Email will be selected by a combination of deposits, cash wagered and some luck.
